How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 6+ days from when we receive your photos and information (excluding Sundays).
Need it sooner? 2–5 days is +$50 and 1 day is +$100, counted from when we receive your photos and info. You can also call us at 1-888-351-6484 to confirm timings.
Timings are for the first draft, excluding Sundays. New drafts take 3+ hours each. 3 drafts are included for free, and each additional draft is $50.
What if some of my photos are not digital?
For physical prints, we recommend sending them to us for scanning at $0.49 per photo, getting them scanned locally, or taking a photo of each one with a smartphone.
With the purchase of our Everlasting Mailer Box, we provide a shipping label to our studio in London, Ontario. You can also contact us to ship your pictures without the mailer box, or to set up a local drop-off.
Please note that Everlasting Studios is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while being shipped.
Can I request changes?
Yes. We make the changes you want so your memorial video is exactly what you’re looking for.
We offer 3 free drafts, with each draft involving any number or type of changes, from the order of photos and length of video clips to borders, movements, captions and more.
A change takes at least 3 hours, and we prioritize clients who need their video faster so that we never miss a timeline.
How do I play the video?
Your memorial video is delivered in a universal MP4 format, so it plays on any device.
On a computer: double-click the file to open it in your default media player.
On a smart TV: transfer the video to a USB drive and plug it into a compatible TV, or connect a laptop with the file using an HDMI cable.
For funeral homes or events: we provide a downloadable link that can be played on their system or transferred to a USB. Our QR code can be printed on cards so guests can view the video on their own time.
On a phone or tablet: tap the file or link to play instantly, or download it for offline viewing. A QR code can also be scanned by a phone camera to play the video at any time.
What is included in each package?
Basic, $299.99 (was $399.99): up to 100 photos/videos, 5 songs, 5 titles/captions and a Google Drive link.
Full, $399.99 (was $549.99): up to 200 photos/videos, 10 songs, 10 titles/captions and a Google Drive link.
Premium, $499.99 (was $699.99): up to 300 photos/videos, 15 songs, 15 titles/captions and a Google Drive link.
Every package includes 3 free drafts.
Can I try a sample first?
Yes. We’ll create a sample from scratch with exactly what you’re looking for. You can book a free sample video of up to 10 photos or a free consultation using the buttons just below this section.
Do you offer any add-ons?
Photo & film scanning: send us printed photos, slides, negatives or film reels and we’ll digitize them to include in your video.
QR codes: a custom QR code that links directly to your video, so family and friends can watch with a quick scan.
Obituary page with memorial video: a dedicated online page where family and friends can view the tribute, share memories and leave messages.
Photo restoration: we can enhance faded images and remove scratches before your photos are included.
Expedited delivery: 2–5 days is +$50 and 1 day is +$100, so your video is ready in time for a service or celebration of life.
Video loop: a version of your video that loops for up to 3 hours. Please see our order form for pricing and to get a quote on photo enhancements or anything else.
