How do I submit my photos or videos for enhancement?
Upload your files directly through our website for a free quote. For photos, use the upload form on our Photo Enhancements page. For videos, use the upload form on our Video Enhancements page.
Do you offer revisions if I want changes?
Yes. We provide up to two rounds of revisions for any photo or video edit. Revisions must be requested within three days of receiving the latest draft.
This policy keeps our workflow streamlined while making sure the final result matches your vision.
What is the turnaround time for photo and video enhancements?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and length of the project. We work closely with you to establish a timeline that meets your needs.
What if my photo is a physical print?
We can enhance photos and videos from many sources, including digital files, physical prints, negatives and old film reels. For photo scanning and other digital transfer options, visit our Digitizing page, or order a mailer kit to send your prints in safely.
Will the enhanced photos and videos be returned in their original format?
We provide enhanced photos and videos in digital formats, such as JPEG for images and MP4 for videos, so they work on most devices and platforms. If you need a different format, let us know and we’ll accommodate your needs.
