From shoebox to screen in three easy steps.
No driving across town and no appointments. Our mailer kit makes it simple to send your memories from anywhere in Canada, safely and securely.

Order your mailer kit
Choose the regular kit (fits about 12 VHS tapes) or the large kit (about 40). It arrives with a secure box, packing material and a shipping label to our studio.

Pack it up & send it
Fill the box with your tapes, reels, slides and photos. Seal it, attach the label and drop it off. That’s all there is to it.

Relive & share
We digitize everything in our London, Ontario studio, then return your originals with a USB and a Google Drive link to share, typically within 5–8 weeks.
Live near London, ON? Contact us to arrange a local drop-off instead.

Once your memories are digitized, our editors can take them further. Mix and match any of three enhancements, priced by the edits you choose and how much footage you have.

What do you charge?
Video tapes: $19.99 each. VHS, VHS-C, Video 8, Hi8, Digital 8, MiniDV and Betamax.
8mm & Super 8 film: $19.99 per 50 ft. Add $7 per 50 ft for sound transfers.
CDs, DVDs, memory cards & audio cassettes: $19.99 each. 1/4-inch reel-to-reel audio tape is $7 per 50 ft, per side.
Slides, photos & negatives: $0.69 each. 35mm, 126, 110, Super 8, negatives and prints.
Photo album scanning: contact us for an estimate.
How will I receive my files?
Google Drive link: free for 30 days, perfect for sharing with family.
USB stick: one included with every order. Additional USBs are $25 each.
Everlasting Mailer Box: $24.99, with a shipping label to our studio.
Where are you located?
We’re proudly Canadian-owned and operated, and our service is available across Canada. Order an Everlasting Mailer Box and we’ll provide a shipping label to our studio in London, Ontario. You can also contact us to ship your films without a mailer box, or to set up a local drop-off.
Are my originals returned?
Yes! We handle your originals with care and return them safely along with your digital copies.
How safe is the process?
We handle your memories with the utmost care, using secure processes so they’re preserved safely for generations to come. Our methods have ensured that not a single film has been destroyed in our possession.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the size of your order, but most projects are completed within 5–8 weeks. Let us know if you’d like an expedited turnaround.
What if my tapes aren’t full?
We charge a flat rate no matter how long your tapes are. It keeps things simple, so you don’t have to preview your tapes to work out the cost.
Can you repair broken tapes or film?
Yes. We can repair breaks during digitization: $10 per break for VHS and video cassettes, and $10 per 3 breaks for 8mm and Super 8 film.
