Order your mailer kit
Choose the regular kit (fits about 12 VHS tapes) or the large kit (about 40). It arrives with a secure box, packing material and a shipping label to our studio.

Pack it up & send it
Fill the box with your tapes, reels, slides and photos. Seal it, attach the label and drop it off. That’s all there is to it.

Relive & share
We digitize everything in our London, Ontario studio, then return your originals with a USB and a Google Drive link to share, typically within 3–6 weeks.

How will I receive my files?
Google Drive link: free for 30 days, perfect for sharing with family.
USB stick: one included with every order. Additional USBs are $25 each.
Where are you located?
We’re proudly Canadian-owned and operated, and our service is available across Canada. The mailer kit includes a shipping label to our studio in London, Ontario.
You can also contact us to ship your films without a mailer box, or to set up a local drop-off.
Are my originals returned?
Yes! We handle your originals with care and return them safely along with your digital copies.
How safe is the process?
We handle your memories with the utmost care, using secure processes so they’re preserved safely for generations to come. Our methods have ensured that not a single film has been destroyed in our possession.
How long does the process take?
Turnaround times depend on the order size, but most projects are completed within 3–6 weeks. Let us know if you would like an expedited turnaround.
What if my tapes are not full?
We charge a flat rate no matter how long your tapes are. That keeps things simple, so you don’t have to preview your tapes to work out the cost.
