If you have physical prints that are not digital yet, we recommend either sending them to us for scanning at $0.49 per photo, getting them scanned locally, or taking a photo of them with a smartphone

We will provide you with a shipping label that will ship to our studio in London, Ontario with the purchase of our Everlasting Mailer Box

Alternatively, please contact us to ship your pictures without our mailer box or to set up a local drop off

Yes. We make the changes you want to make your memorial video exactly what you are looking for.

We offer 3 drafts for free, with each draft involving any number or types of changes – from the order of photos, length of video clips, borders, movements, captions & more.

Please note that it takes at least 3 hours to make a change and we prioritize clients who need their video faster so that we never miss a timeline.

Your memorial video is conveniently delivered in a universal MP4 format, making it easy to watch on any device. You can:

On a Computer – Simply double-click the file to open it in your default media player.
On a Smart TV – Transfer the video to a USB drive and plug it into a compatible TV, or use an HDMI from a connected laptop with the file on the laptop’s hard drive.
For Funeral Homes or Events – We provide a downloadable link that can be played on their system or transferred to a USB for easy access. Our QR code can be printed on cards at your event for guests to view the video on their own time.
On a Phone or Tablet – Tap the file or link to play instantly. Download it for offline viewing if needed. We also offer a QR code which can be scanned by a phone camera to play the video at any time.
